Why It Matters
Events like this are an opportunity to put game centre stage, showing just how versatile, delicious, and sustainable it can be. By supporting the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust (GWCT), the dinner also helps fund vital conservation work across the UK’s countryside.
This promises to be a truly memorable evening of fine dining and celebration of British game. We’re delighted to be part of it – and we look forward to seeing game take its rightful place on the Michelin-starred stage.
