What are we Doing?

Eat Wild builds long-term partnerships with restaurants, retailers, large contract catering providers, and food service businesses across the UK.

 

We are committed to raising standards in the sourcing, handling, preparation, and presentation of wild meat from field to plate.

Alongside this, we develop innovative wild game recipes and products that appeal to contemporary tastes and modern dining trends. Eat Wild is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the long-term growth and sustainability of the British wild game sector. Operating with a small, highly committed team, we work collaboratively across the industry to promote British wild game as a sustainable, high-quality food source for modern retail, hospitality, and catering markets.
