Eat Wild Partners with Grosvenor Pubs and Inns to Bring Game to Menus This Autumn and Winter
Seasonal wild meat dish available September 2025 – January 2026
Eat Wild, the UK’s leading champion of wild, sustainably sourced game, is delighted to announce a new partnership with Grosvenor Pubs and Inns. From September 2025 through to January 2026, diners will be able to enjoy a specially created wild game terrine at selected Grosvenor Pubs and Inns – marking the first time the group has featured a game terrine on its menus.
Crafted from responsibly harvested wild meat, this rich and flavoursome terrine celebrates the very best of Britain’s seasonal larder. The dish reflects both brands’ shared values of quality, provenance, and a passion for showcasing the natural bounty of the countryside.
“Wild meat is one of Britain’s most sustainable and delicious meats, and we’re thrilled to see Grosvenor Pubs and Inns embracing it in such a creative way,” said Leon Challis-Davies, Culinary Director at Eat Wild. “The terrine is the perfect introduction to wild meat for those trying it for the first time, and a welcome seasonal treat for regular game lovers.”
“At Grosvenor Pubs and Inns, we take great pride in utilising the finest quality, seasonal ingredients while actively supporting local suppliers whenever we can,” says Toni Morris-Ditty, Managing Director.
“Wild British game is genuinely seasonal, incredibly versatile and packed with incredible flavour. We have crafted an exciting new dish, the game tagine terrine, accompanied by gooseberry and coriander chutney, rose harissa, and sourdough toast. It’s a fantastic seasonal addition to our upcoming new autumn menu,” adds Brent Osborne, Head of Food at Grosvenor Pubs and Inns.
The new menu addition supports Eat Wild’s mission to inspire more people to cook with and enjoy wild game, which is naturally lean, high in protein, and free from any growth hormones. For Grosvenor Pubs and Inns, it offers guests a chance to enjoy a distinctive, artisan product that is full of flavour and rooted in British culinary heritage.
The wild game terrine will be available from September 2025 until January 2026, served with gooseberry & coriander chutney, rose harissa with sourdough toast at participating Grosvenor Pubs and Inns.
