Meet Nila Hill – The Spice Girl
Based in West Yorkshire, Nila Hill is the heart and soul behind The Spice Girl, a cookery school devoted to authentic Indian cuisine with a fresh, health-conscious edge.
Her classes are all about confidence — showing you how to use natural spices and simple techniques to create food that feels as good as it tastes. Known for her humour, warmth, and easy teaching style, Nila brings people together through food, connection, and joy.
During the event, she’ll guide us step-by-step through two mouth-watering game recipes, sharing her signature blend of knowledge, spice, and storytelling along the way.
You can cook along live or simply sit back with a drink and soak up the atmosphere — no pressure, just great food and good company.
