4 x tbsp Spiced Apple & Pear Chutney
4 x Partridge Breasts
Pinch x Salt
To Taste x Pepper

1. Take a bowl

and add you partridge breasts.

2. Add the chutney

to the bowl, season and stir in the chutney so the partridge breast are completely covered. Leave to marinade for a least an hour but up to 24 hours in the fridge, covered.

3. Cook in

the air fryer on 200°C for 6 – 7 minutes, then leave to rest for 5 minutes and serve however you would like, with rice, on a salad or with chips.
